Dolores “Dolly” Miller-Katilavas

Dolores “Dolly” Miller-Katilavas, 86 of Damascus died on August 16, 2016 at Auburn Skilled Nursing Home in Damascus with her loving family by her side. She was born in Pulaski, Pa. on August 27, 1929 to John and Mary (Kollar) Richards.  Dolores was a retired nurse and homemaker. She was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses.  Dolores was devoted to her family, loved to bake and cook and tend her gardens.

  Dolores is survived by her children  Janet DePreta of New York, Ken (Judy) Miller of Hubbard, Carla (Chuck) Adams of Salem and Diane (Rick) Dowd of Lisbon, grandchildren, Terry DePreta, Tina DePreta, Renee Brown, Barbara Kubus, Joel Eva, Josh Eva, Chase Adams and Jessica Salfiti. Great grandchildren, Terry and Andy Lavign, Janelle and Carissa Williams, Gene and Jeremy Casella, Nick and Nadia Harvilla, Kyle and Kendall Kubus, Christian Eva, Matthew Coblentz, Riley Adams, Naya and Layth Salfiti and great great grandchildren Payton Keighron, Evan and Natalie Casella and Ava Lavign . She is also survived by her brother David Richards, sisters Adrienne Richards and Renee Brown and many loving nieces, nephews and cousins to cherish her memory. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husbands, Fred Miller and Martin Katilavas, brothers Joseph, Adam, John and Donald Richards, sisters Stella Kuzma, Blanch Gurney and Emily Patterson and a granddaughter Cheryl Lott.
