Patricia Leigh (Bryan) Matticks

Patricia Leigh Matticks, 84 of Lubbock, Texas passed away on April 16, 2016 after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer’s. She was born in Maximo Ohio. She was a graduate of Alliance High School and worked at Bell Telephone Company for five years. She married Don Matticks and moved to Lubbock, Texas and worked for Bell Telephone for 3 years than joined the Montgomery Ward Franchise for 35 years.  She was preceded in death by her parents Freda and Robert (RG) Bryan and brother, Robert (Bobby) Bryan, Jr. She is survived by her loving husband Don Matticks of 61 years, sons Bryan and Christy Matticks, Donny and Carol Matticks, daughters Michele Matticks, Theresa and Marcus Reed, and Colette and Robert Hall. Grandchildren Kristen Matticks, Kathryn Kelley, Matt Vittitow, Cooper Vittitow, Robbie Vittitow, Carlus Reed, Garrett Reed, Madison Reed, Chelcye Matticks, Ryleigh Matticks, Jared Matticks Tim Hall, Hannah Hall, and great-grandchildren Tiffany Morris and Jaxson Kelley.

Funeral Mass will be held at St Ann Catholic Church in Sebring, Ohio on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at 10:00 AM with Fr. Thomas Dyer officiating. A private family burial will be at Grandview Cemetery in Sebring, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Lubbock Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Foundation (www.alzfdn.org).
