Robert A Ott

Robert Allen Ott Sr. 75, of Alliance passed away at his home on November 29, 2017. Robert was born on December 11, 1941, the son of the late Marvin and Anna (Horst) Ott. He worked as a waste hauler for 45 years. Robert could always be found outdoors spending time feeding the birds, doing yardwork, gardening and riding his bike.

Survivors include his children Elton “Lee” (Melanie) Ott of Canton and Robert (Jody) Ott Jr. of Alliance; sisters Hazel of Orrville, OH. And Wilma of Georgia; brother Raymond Ott of Louisville; three grandchildren Mason, Jeremy and Kayla and great-grandson Brayden. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife Ruth Ott whom he married in 1963; a sister Helen and granddaughter Heather.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday. December 2, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Gednetz-Ruzek-Brown funeral home in Sebring with Pastor Brandon Wilbur officiating. Friends may call one hours prior to the service from 1:00 to 2:00 PM. Burial will take place at Highland Memorial Park.
