Dana A (Notman) Gaunt

Dana A. (Notman) Gaunt, 88 of Sebring passed away at her home on Monday, October 8, 2018. Dana was born on February 3, 1930 in Beloit, Ohio to the late William A. and Edna (Ward) Notman. Dana graduated from Beloit High School in 1948 and continued her education at Alliance Business College. Dana worked for SanCap Alliance as a secretary for 30 years retiring in 1982. She was on the Salvation Army Board, former member of Sebring Chamber of Commerce and former clerk/treasurer of Beloit Village Council. Dana was a member of the Beloit Friends Church.

Dana is survived by Paul and Laurie Thomas of Sebring, grandchildren; Sean (Lindsay) Thomas of Poland, Lindsay (Vince) Kehres of Alliance, six great grandchildren and several cousins. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Frederick Gaunt who passed on May 7, 2004, a brother Billy W. Notman and infant sister Janet Kay Notman.

A funeral service will be held on October 12, 2018 at Gednetz-Ruzek-Brown Funeral Home at 12:00 PM with Pastor Mark Reich officiating. Friends and family may call on Friday the hour prior to the service at the funeral home from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Interment will take place at Grandview Cemetery, Sebring. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made in Dana's honor to Beloit Friends Church, 18042 5th St. Beloit, Ohio 44609.
