Elizabeth graduated from Sebring High School and received her teaching degree from Kent State University. She was a much-loved teacher for over forty years, teaching in Leetonia, Lincoln, N. Benton, Riley, and Maple Ridge.

She was born on June 17, 1917 to the late John and Rena Willett of Sebring. She was predeceased by her husband, Albert Boehm, after 48 years of marriage. She was also predeceased by a son, John Frederick Boehm of Greer, S. C. and by a sister, Lois Malmsberry of Sebring. Elizabeth is survived by a daughter-in-law, Annette Boehm of Greer, S. C. and two grandchildren, Jason Boehm of Chicago and Amanda Boehm of Haleiwa, Hawaii. She also has one surviving nephew, Gail Malmsberry of Sebring.

The last few years of her life were spent in Little River where she enjoyed spending time with friends and family, and where she attended King of Glory Lutheran Church.
