Inez Lalu

Inez Lalu 92 of Sebring passed away on September 12, 2018 at Alliance Community Hospital. Inez was born in Huey, PA on June 15, 1926 the daughter of the late Giacomo and Teresa (Pedrotti) Pederzolli. Inez was a graduate of Alliance High School, worked at Alliance Manufacturing Company; she owned and operated White Way Laundromat and Dry Cleaners for 45 years, people will remember her store's famous sign that read "Drop Your Pants Here." Inez loved to do all kinds of shopping, watching cooking shows and spending time with her family and friends especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Survivors include her daughter Cheryl (John) Berardi of North Canton, 3 grandchildren; John (Caryn) Berardi, Stephen (Katie) Berardi, Anne Marie (David) Leach, 5 great grandchildren; Andrew and Alex Leach, Benjamin, Ryan and Maren Berardi. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 27 years John "Ted" Lalu whom she married on August 23, 1947 and passed on May 14, 1973, 2 brothers August and Eugene Pederzolli; and two sisters, Mary Porrazzo and Clara Myers.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 17, 2018 at Gednetz-Ruzek-Brown funeral home at 12:00 PM with Fr. Thomas Dyer officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home the hour prior to the service on Monday from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Burial will take place at Highland Memorial Park in Beloit. Inez's family would like to thank the Critical Care Doctors and Nurses at Alliance Community Hospital for their care and compassion during this difficult time.
