Susan Kapalko Obituary

Susan M. Kapalko, 69 of Sebring passed away at Select Specialty Hospital in Canton on Friday, August 3, 2018. Susan was born in Alliance on November 26, 1949 the daughter of the late James and Thelma (Fikes) Eaton. Susan loved the outdoors, she was an avid supporter of the ASPCA, the Animal League of America and the National Wildlife Federation; she enjoyed bowling and spending time with her family and friends.

Survivors include her children; Lori Morgan of Canton, Darrell (Alicia Zampino) Morgan of Canton, Jennifer Kapalko of Parma and Kevin Kapalko of Youngstown. She is also survived by 2 grandchildren; Charlesice Hawkins, Kyle Kapalko her friend, caregiver and companion Brian Dorsey and lifelong friend Donna Roush. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by a sister Raymona Eaton.

A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at 12:00 PM at Gednetz-Ruzek-Brown Funeral Home in Sebring. Visitation will be held the hour prior to the service at the funeral home from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Burial will take place at Grandview Cemetery in Sebring. Memorial contributions can be made in Susan's honor to The (ASPCA) American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals 424 E. 92nd Street, New York, NY 10128-6804.
