After defeating a long battle with Huntington's Disease, David W. Phillips passed peacefully at the age of 66 on Sunday, March 28th with his loving wife of 48 years by his side and immense love from his children known in his beautiful heart.
Dave was born November 26th, 1954 in Concord, Massachusetts to Edward and Beverly Phillips. He has six siblings-Billy, Mike, Richard, Scott, Tanya and Johnny.
