Dorothy Mae (Lazear) Myers

Dorothy Mae (Lazear) Myers, 86, of Austintown passed away at her home on Saturday, May 16, 2021 surrounded by her loving family. Dorothy was born on September 12, 1934 in West Virginia to the late Charles Lazear and Pauline (Wright) Baugh. Dorothy loved her family, her family was her most important part of life. She enjoyed camping, going to parks, enjoying the pool and anything outdoors with her family.

Dorothy is survived by her children William (Donna) Myers, Gary W. Myers and
Kathy Myers; a brother Charles Lazear; her caregiver of three years Thomasina Humphrey; eight grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Bedsides her parents Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband William Myers; children Charles Myers, Diana Wagner and Donald Myers and a brother Harold Lazear.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at 12:00 PM at Gednetz-Ruzek-Brown Funeral Home with Chaplain John Bower officiating. Friends and family will be received the hour prior to the service from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the funeral home. Interment will take place at Grandview Cemetery, Sebring.
